The Rules of
Engagement.

By accessing or using prai.press (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PRAI, a company registered in Brussels, Belgium.

You must be 18 or older to use PRAI. By using our Platform you agree to:

• • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• • Not use PRAI to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or communications violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law.
• • Not distribute illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content through the Platform.
• • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) outside of officially documented APIs.
• • Comply with all applicable laws when contacting journalists or media contacts via the Platform.

PRAI is sold to businesses only; by subscribing you confirm you act on behalf of a business. Paid plans renew automatically every month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Account > Billing in two clicks — your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. We email a reminder at least 7 days before each yearly renewal (and at least once a year for monthly plans), and at least 30 days before any price change, which you can avoid by cancelling.

Refunds: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. Contact billing@prai.press.

VAT: All prices exclude VAT. Dutch VAT (21%) applies to customers in the Netherlands. Business customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged; other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Your content is yours. Press releases, campaigns, brand voice profiles — you retain full ownership. You grant PRAI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to deliver the service. This licence terminates when you delete your account.

Our platform is ours. The PRAI platform — including its code, design, trademarks, AI pipeline architecture, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by PRAI and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Uploads. You may only upload profile pictures, logos, images and other files that you own or have the rights to use. You grant PRAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share them as needed to run the service (for example on your public newsroom). We handle copyright complaints under our Copyright Policy. Each valid complaint is a strike; accounts with 3 strikes are suspended.

PRAI uses AI models to generate press release drafts, campaign copy, and strategic recommendations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated through the Platform. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. PRAI does not guarantee factual accuracy of AI outputs and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from publishing unreviewed AI-generated content — including but not limited to defamation claims, regulatory penalties, or reputational damage.

PRAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRAI's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the total fees you paid to PRAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

PRAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings — even if PRAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate at any time. Cancel via account settings or email billing@prai.press. Access ceases at the end of the current billing period. Data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

PRAI may terminate your account immediately if you: violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, use the Platform for spam or harassment, or if required by law or regulatory authority. No refund is provided for terminations due to violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Informal resolution: Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting legal@prai.press. We will attempt resolution within 30 days.

Formal proceedings: If informal resolution fails, disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. EU consumers may also use the EC Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms. We notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date.
